Mark Hinchliffe established Eildon Safety Services in April 2009, and over his 30 years he has provided health and safety advice and assistance at al levels throughout the UK.
Mark has worked in many types of organisations including: Local authorities; mining; construction; production; retail and leisure and he is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH).
Mark has always promoted a sensible and practical approach health and safety and he believes that health and safety compliance should not be through generic off the peg documentation, but by tailor making the health and safety management system meet the needs and requirements of the organisation.
Mark regularly delivers a wide range of health and safety training, both face to face and through elearning.
Marks experience in event safety management is wide ranging and it includes the Queens Golden Jubilee visit to the Borders; Melrose Sevens Rugby; Selkirk Rally (largest vintage and classic car rally in Scotland); Pipe band championships, (various); horse riding events; festivals and parades (various); Olympic baton relay and the Queens visit to Midlothian.
